2. Choose your desired plan.

Google users can also upgrade seamlessly with auto-filled details.

How can I delete, terminate, or close my OLX account?

If you no longer wish to use OLX Kenya:

1. Go to your Dashboard → Account Settings, https://olxkenya.co.ke/user/dashboard
2. Click Delete Account.
3. Confirm your password and proceed.

If your account is Google-linked, unlink Google first before deletion.

Once deleted, all your listings and messages will be permanently removed.

How do I update my phone number on OLX?

Keeping your contact number current helps buyers reach you easily.

• Visit your Profile Settings in the Dashboard, https://olxkenya.co.ke/user/dashboard
• Click Edit Phone Number, enter your new number, and verify via SMS or OTP.

If you use a Google-linked account, update your phone number in your Google Account and it will sync automatically.

How do I change or update my email on OLX Account?

To change your registered email:

1. Go to your Dashboard, olxkenya.co.ke/user/dashboard
2. Click Profile Settings → Edit Email.
3. Enter your new email and save changes.
4. Confirm the verification link sent to your new address.

For Google users, simply log out and sign in with the new Gmail to update your linked email automatically.

How can I reset my OLX password?

Forgot your password? No worries!

• Go to olxkenya.co.ke/user/recover→.
• Enter your registered email.
• You’ll receive a password reset link.
• Click the link, enter a new password, and confirm.

If you use Google login, you don’t need a password — just sign in again with your Google account.
