🟩 How to Delete, Terminate, or Close Your OLX Account

If you’ve decided to take a break or permanently stop using OLX, you can delete or close your account easily. Follow this guide to understand what happens when you delete your account and how to do it safely.

🔹 What Happens When You Delete Your OLX Account?

• All your listings will be removed.
• Your messages and saved items will be deleted.
• You’ll lose access to your account permanently.
• You can always create a new one later using the same email.

🔹 How to Delete Account Manually

1. Go to OLX Kenya Dashboard.
2. Click on Account Settings.
3. Scroll down and click Delete Account or Close Account.
4. Confirm your password and click Continue.
5. Follow the confirmation steps to complete deletion.

🔹 How to Delete Account Linked with Google Login

1. Log in to OLX Kenya using your Google Account.
2. Go to Account Settings > Linked Accounts.
3. Click Unlink Google Account.
4. Then follow the same deletion steps as above.
5. Once deleted, your data will be permanently removed from OLX servers.
